2025 Fall Bouquet Subscription

Most of our summer annuals look pretty tired by the end of August. If you love fall as much as I do but your garden can’t give you all of the blooms your little heart desires, the Fall Bouquet Subscription is perfect for you. Enjoy six weeks of sunflowers, zinnias, celosia, dahlias, and chrysanthemums. If you choose the delivery option*, every Monday I will deliver a wrapped bouquet right to your doorstep! Your flowers will have a baggie full of water attached, so you don’t have to be home to receive them. For a more environmentally friendly option, leave a glass, jar, or vase of water on your porch to receive your bouquet. If you choose pickup, your flowers can be picked up at The Factory Farmers Market in Franklin on Sunday afternoons. This subscription begins on September 7th/8th and ends on October 12th/13th.

*Delivery is available for residents in Davidson and Williamson counties only. If you want delivery but you reside outside of this area, please let me know by filling out the contact form on my website so we can discuss additional charges.
